A series of ni1 x cox fe2o4 x 0 1 0 2 0 3 0 4 0 5 spinel ferrites have been synthesized successfully using the chemical co precipitation route. Gd substituted lithium ferrite showed high ac conductivity high dc resistivity and constant dielectric values but low dielectric loss values as compared to pure lithium ferrite. In the present investigation structural electric magnetic and frequency dependent dielectric properties of ferrite nanoparticles nps where and 0 8 prepared by sol gel autocombustion method were studied the crystallite size 46 89 58 40 nm was estimated from x ray diffraction data with the postconfirmation of single phase spinel structure.
